My Dartmoor pony foals in spring on Dartmoor
Here are my Dartmoor pony foals in the beautiful wild spring on Dartmoor. I hope you enjoy viewing this short film clip as much as i enjoyed making it! My foals are called Shilstone Rocks Cuckoo, Kairos and Rising Star born on Dartmoor.
My film story of my Dartmoor mare and her colt foal
This is the story of a Dartmoor Pony Dunstone Wittaburrow, which I bought after the drifts (round up) off Dartmoor. She joined the Dartmoor Pony Heritage Trust herd running on Bellever in the middle of Dartmoor for many years. Last year I put her into the Dartmoor Pony Moorland Scheme, where she ran with a pedigree stallion. This spring she had a lovely colt and this short film shows his early training until putting him and his mother back into the Moorland Scheme to run with another pedigree stallion this summer.
Midsummer sky magnificence over Dartmoor!
On the eve of Midsummer's Day the whole sky was so breathtakingly beautiful over my spot on Dartmoor. I thought how true was the writer of Psalm 19 "The heavens declare the glory of God; the sky display the work of His hands."
