A few beautiful frosty mornings on Dartmoor recently.
Here is my Shilstone Rocks Rainstorm, dam of Shilstone Rocks North Westerly who won HOYS (Horse of the Year) this year!! Here she is with her filly foal Talia (meaning Dew from Heaven in Hebrew, as she was born on a very dewy morning in May).
Currently I'm also compiling a photographic book of my Dartmoor pony foals through the seasons.
This was the third photo shoot among the autumn leaves on the Widecombe village green. They were having such fun jumping off the green rather alarming passer byes!! traceyelliotreep.com

The Dartmoor Pony Moorland Scheme
The Dartmoor Pony Moorland Scheme is dedicated to preserving the ponies and their bloodlines. The drift takes place every autumn., when the ponies which have been running out with a pedigree stallion in the newtakes are gathered in and each foals is inspected by the Dartmoor Pony society.
Launching my new book at Widecombe Fair!
"Launching my new book on my ride around Israel at Widecombe Fair was a great success, along with showing my colts in the drizzle and rushing back and forth from my stand outside the old Post Office.Thanks to all my friends who helped with the ponies and on my stand and those who came to say hello from as far away as Canada and New Zealand! A good fun day all up with Shilstone Rocks Lightning winning reserve champion and S.R Ebony Prince winning first!"
